Q. How long does a background check take?  

A. Our searches typically take 1-3 business days to return, varying on the type of search requested.

Q. Does the Enhanced Nationwide offer full coverage nationwide?  

A. Although the Enhanced Nationwide does cover a lot of ground, it does not offer full coverage.  County to county, state to state, everyone reports differently to the databases.  Running at least a county of residence plus the Enhanced Nationwide is always recommended. 

Q. What is your search scope?  

A. Our default search scope on all criminal searches is 10 years from the final disposition date.  Some states do have more restricted guidelines of a 7-year limit.  Our system will always ask the state of employment and automatically redefines our search scope if the state falls under the 7-year law restriction.
